LOOKING AFTER THE EARTH.. THE TASTY WAY

Laissez-faire has designed a menu which is focus on organic, local and seasonal ingredients.

Meals are to be served buffet-style and on compostables whenever possible to minimize waste related to boxed meals. We will also limit the service of bottled beverages to the greatest extent possible.

Lunch – from the buffet
Grilled scotch fillet minute steaks with Australian black pepper with fried onions and roasted ox heart tomatoes
Lemon myrtle & thyme marinated organic chicken skewers
Grilled Barramundi fillets wrapped in smoky paperbark
Risotto of wild mushrooms, roasted pistachios and roasted sweet corn
Garden seasonal salad
Three cabbage coleslaw with Australian muscatels and a creamy bush ranch dressing

Dessert
Fine Australian cheese plate with dried fruits in wattle and bush seed honey with smoked crisp bread
